The StudioNavigaattori service uses the Matomo analytics tool to collect statistical data. Examples of such data include:

• Your terminal device (computer, smartphone, tablet)
• Time and duration of the visit
• Country-specific location data (no exact location data is collected)
• Information derived from website usage, such as website usage and browsing data

The data collected by the analytics tool never includes the person's name, social security number, or other similar identifying data. StudioNavigaattori does not use this data to attempt to identify individual website visitors. If the user has configured "Do Not Track" in the web browser, the analytics tool will not collect or monitor browsing data.

In addition, the service may save contact details given by the user - name and email address - in order to receive the user's feedback. Feedback is used to improve the service, and non-mandatory contact information can be given if the user wishes to receive a response for their feedback. Feedback and contact details will be removed from the Webropol system every month.
